Born out of fire and coals, Smokestack was inspired by Midwest American smokers and Texas city BBQ houses, serving slow and low smoked joints and grilled meats. 

Laid back and hands on, the brand offers a sensory food experience; eat with fork, eat with your hands, no judging here. Alongside the meats the brand serves up homemade salads, slaws, sides and sauces to the hungry masses bringing authentic BBQ to Dubai.

The brand uses an eclectic mix of illustration, typography and pattern to layer narrative and build a distinct voice for the brand. Collaged together in a wheat paste style reminiscent of 90's rock band posters, Smokestack has a nostalgic urban aesthetic that leans on American skate culture with a fresh style.

 
 
 

The brand world is expanded to the instore environment, where the brand voice is captured in custom artwork and graphics, that elevate the brand to being champions of art.

 
 
 
 

 The brand layers the illustrations, patterns and type through the packaging to add layering and depth to the serving. Packaging is used sparingly, with most food being served directly onto the tray.
